Lauren moved to Vermont in 2004 with a Tupperware of clothing and her guitar.
Today, she’s the lucky wife of a musician, proud mom of two boys (and two dogs), and a lover of adventure. She’s worked in many different areas of nursing and has loved them all. Her family and friends are wildly important to her. She feels most at peace in the forest and the mountains. She loves a good laugh and well-played sarcasm. She is dedicated, as evidenced by her ability to “finish” Netflix while also obtaining her second degree (her husband’s words). She is also a certified yoga instructor and is currently obtaining her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor so that she can knowledgeably provide more holistic treatments in her practice.
